After a long and successful career in immigration and advisory services with leading accounting and legal firms in Sydney, Australia, Monique founded Amber Migration in 2012 with a singular focus to deliver service excellence to her clients.

The company’s motto - “We Care and We Deliver” sums up her own personal philosophy and work ethics. Amber Migration’s enviable reputation and creditability in the industry has been built on this solid foundation.

At Amber Migration, Monique leads a team of dedicated professionals in providing effective immigration compliance and visa solutions to a wide range of Australian and international corporate clients in different industry sectors. The team’s experience in business innovation and investment visa applications is highly sought after by high net worth individuals and their family.

A highlight of Monique’s successful career includes receiving an “Award for Excellence” by the then Federal Minister of Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship in 2006. Monique was one of only 5 professional individuals in Australia to have received the award.

Rebecca Matanle

Registered in 2003, Rebecca has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate and individual immigration matters in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Rebecca commenced her career in Migration Advisory with a Big Four firm, where she managed high volume corporate accounts for clients in the professional services, finance, engineering, technology and FMCG sectors. In 2008, Rebecca relocated to the UK, where she managed the London office of an Australian immigration firm, as well as leading a team of consultants in providing both Australian and UK immigration services. During this time, Rebecca also qualified as a UK immigration practitioner and was registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner). Rebecca returned to Australia in 2012.

Before joining Amber Migration, Rebecca was with a Big Four accounting firm, responsible for global account management and the delivery of corporate immigration services.

Christine Moh-Bridgland

Having been registered since 2004, Christine has a wealth of experience in delivery high quality migration advisory and client services. Christine’s experience ranges from providing immigration and compliance advice to corporate clients in a diverse range of industries to assisting individuals who wish to migrate to Australia under the Family and General Skilled Migration streams. Christine has been working in the Australian immigration industry since 2003.

Before this, she worked extensively in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry in Asia Pacific. This experience has enhanced her understanding of most of the occupations listed in the various migration occupation lists, which in turn enables her to consult positively with the skills assessment authorities and the Department of Home Affairs. Christine’s previous immigration experience includes being the Manager of a leading global immigration law firm.

Megan started her career in recruitment and human resources for a couple of years before switching role as an immigration consultant.

Megan has been registered as a Migration Agent since 2011, after passing her Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law in late 2010. Megan has extensive experience in assisting corporate and individual clients in al areas of temporary and permanent visas, as well as in sponsorships and sponsorship compliance.
